Modern, completely renovated apartment in a well-kept, gated community with community pool.
Central location in Playa de Las Américas, still quiet, because the apartment "Vista Flor" is beautifully embedded in the private community, only about 350 m from the beach promenade.
The spacious holiday property includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on one floor, for 6 people.
ATTENTION:
The extra apartment is only available from the 7th person in the lower area at an additional cost of € 25.00 per person / night.
There is a 4th bedroom with a bed 160 x 200, shower room and a small kitchenette is integrated in the living room.
This must be booked separately for an additional charge if you want to use it also for only 4-6 guests.

Summary: Property highly recommended. It has everything you need. Spotlessly clean on arrival with additional towels for Sunbathing. It has everything you need should you want to cook a meal and is ideally situated for the beach, bars and restaurants. We had a fabulous time and are looking at returning.

Summary: Lovely apartment with a nice outside space. The only niggle we had was the quality of the bedding and towels which were in need of updating but this did not spoil our holiday.

Summary: Absolutely excellent the property offers everything done to a high quality, near beach ,restaurants, bars and quiet. The apartment underneath the balcony has everything for a couple hours including washing machine. We had a brilliant time thank you so much. First time booking everything ourselves 👍👌

Summary: Lovely apartment with everything we needed. Good communication with Anna the host, who arranged some help with the TV. Terrace was a great size and had the sun all day. Pool area was very clean but the sun needs a little uncomfortable.. most other users brought their own cushions. Short walk to bars, restaurants, supermarket, beach & 15 mins walk to the lovely Siam shopping centre. Would definitely return
