Positive: Was clean, comfortable and quiet, not far from resort centre although that in itself is very quiet. Not changed much in 30 yrs or so, in fact I would say quieter now.
Negative: Needs a little more nightlife. Property could do with restaurant or bar maybe, doesn't encourage full use of pool etc, having said that the beaches are very good so I can see why.

Positive: Location was perfect. Short walk to best beach and to supermarket.
Negative: We missed oven in the kitchen. And as it is second half of october I felt light duvet was needed at night not just a sheet that was provided. Felt price was a bit steep for very basic accomodation but it seems this part of Ibiza has this prices. We were not provided check in information at the day of arrival as promised and ended up running around the place. And not finding owner. Had to phone her.

Negative: For those wishing to go to Eivissa, it's a 30-minute drive.For me it wasn't a problem.I can imagine that for some people this would be prohibitive.

Negative: Just for info, it is not really possible to use the sofa bed in summer as there is no Aircon in the living room. However you can put the mattress in one of the bedrooms on the floor as the bedrooms are big
