Summary: We are very happy about this rental. This is our first time renting from VRBO. Everything I sac great. This house is right at the beach facing Atlantic. The outdoor area of this house is amazing. Our kids had so much fun. Irene was wonderful to us. She helped us every step of the way. The house is also very convenient to everything. It is the best.

Summary: This house exceeded our expectations in every way. It is in a perfect location in a quiet residential neighborhood at the northern end of Hollywood Beach. The house is directly on the beach with a beautiful patio (and hammock!) right on the sand. The pictures don't do the location justice - the experience of watching the sunrise from the patio, having breakfast right at the beach, and then stepping directly onto the sand is truly amazing. The beach was never too crowded even on a holiday weekend as there are no high rises or hotels nearby. However, the house was still just a few minutes away from great restaurants and from the main Hollywood boardwalk. The house was very clean, well organized, and well equipped with everything we needed including cooking supplies, pots/pans/dishes, utensils, towels, toiletries, beach toys, etc. The owner was extremely responsive at all hours and really helped ensure that we had a great stay. She also left us a personalized welcome packet with great information on the area, as well as a welcome basket with snacks and drinks. We had an amazing time and hope to return to the house. Highly recommended!
