Summary: Great place to start our Italian adventure! Views were spectacular and there was plenty of space for three couples to enjoy time together as well as apart. Very convenient to train station and water yransportation.

Summary: Caterina is the best host! She met us at the door and thoroughly explained the house rules. She answered all our questions completely and was wonderfully charming. This home was the perfect house in the perfect location. It’s over the Scalzi Bridge from the train station. There are good restaurants and shops in the immediate area. This home is well cared for and beautifully appointed. We felt so at home! We loved watching traffic on the Grand Canal and appreciated how close the Vaporetto station was. We hope to return some day!

Summary: Our family of 11 stayed comfortably in this space with this insane view of the grand Canal. We were walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The host was just the easiest to work with and the apartment was perfect and so many different ways.

Summary: The property is in a convenient location for arriving by the train and for visiting the sites. There is a great view from all the terraces and plenty of room for everyone in our party. It was nice to be able to separate the apartment so those who needed a bit more quiet could be separate from those who didn’t. I highly recommend.

Summary: Everything about the property was perfect for our 4 nights in Venice, Valeria was very helpful on check in , the apartment was lovely as described and was perfect for 6 of us . The views were amazing over the Grand Canal and with a Vaporetto stop just over the bridge and plenty of restaurants in the area . The only slight problem was a lack of a toaster for breakfast ( although it might have been a problem with the smoke detectors ) A fantastic place to stay .

Summary: This property was so convenient to start exploring Venice. It overlooks the Grand Canal with a beautiful veranda. It’s a good walk to St Mark’s square bit worth it as along the way we explored the streets, many shops and cafes. The host was so pleasant. I would stay there again when returning to Venice.
