Summary: I had a wonderful stay at The Grand Coastal Hotel from June 8 to June 12. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, making the entire experience enjoyable. The food at the hotel was absolutely amazing—flavorful, well-prepared, and consistently satisfying. Special thanks to the hotel drivers, Beshma and Romel, who were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout my stay. I’d also like to highlight Charran, who was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist whenever needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Customer service overall was excellent and truly stood out. I would definitely recommend The Grand Coastal Hotel to anyone visiting Guyana. Whether you’re there for business or leisure, this hotel offers a great combination of comfort, service, and hospitalituy.

Summary: The room was clean and nice, food was very good , Romel was really helpful and accommodated us in dropping us to the mall, picking up food ,goimg into town and the airport, which was greatly appreciated.

Summary: Enjoy the morning breakfast and the staff was very helpful and polite. Employees very noisy early morning hours before 6am using hand truck to transport supplies next to my door and my wife woke up most of the morning because of that.
