Summary: Comfortable stay for our large family group, including 2 kids. Host was very communicative throughout the entire process. Really liked that there were a lot of extra blankets. The bath mats were slightly slippery though when stepping out of the shower, but other than that no issues

Summary: We stayed for 5 days to attend a family Thanksgiving and the house was perfect for us and convenient for the local travel needed and the 2 duplex setup allowed our children and grandchildren to have separation while still being together and the game room with movie theatre setup was also a great setup.

Summary: House was adequate for our use as a place to stay for a wedding. The stairs to get to upstairs apartment was very dangerous for most people and unusable for my disability status (no hand rails and very steep). Buried deep in the fine print is that the game room is only usable if you pay an extra fee. The house was very clean and well stocked. Parking is difficult to find/street parking only. It served our purpose but wouldn't choose again.

Summary: We did a one night stay for my daughter’s college graduation. Everything was clean but we had a few issues. I come from a family of firefighters and check safety first. The smoke detector was not operational. Batteries were dead not by a little either, by years. Also the means of egress to get out to the front porch upstairs was totally blocked with clutter. Nobody was getting out of there in an emergency. We moved it, but it is likely moved back now blocking the only upstairs exit if the stairs lit up. The kids were disappointed that the game room was locked and the owner wanted additional money to use it which I didn’t fall for. The photos of the game room were mixed right in with the other pics when they posted the sale. Then he said it was clearly marked that it would be an extra charge. Nobody in my group including myself ever saw anything about an “extra charge” for the gameroom when we booked it.
