Stairs lead you up to the first floor, an open plan upstairs level that comprises of dining, kitchen and living area with an expansive curved lounge suite. Open fire with wood supplied, ceiling fan, abundance of natural light, digital TV, Wi-Fi, reverse cycle air-conditioning. Dining setting for 10 guests. Centrally appointed kitchen with ceramic cook top, electric stove, dishwasher & microwave. Balcony with seating for your morning coffee.
Outdoor decking area with gas connected BBQ, outdoor table, cantilever outdoor umbrella and chairs seating 10. Expansive treed premises with a backyard fully fenced and gated for the big kids and children to play. Double carport with extra room for vehicles and a boat.
Minimum set nights peak Summer season December/January. Minimum 5 nights all other times.

Bedroom 2 with a queen bed, single bed & built in study desk and chair.

Access to Bedroom 3 and upstairs bedrooms 1 & 2 and living areas is via stairs on the outside (external) of the home.
A Full bed & bathroom linen package is provide with every booking. BYO Beach towels.
Pets welcome at the owners discretion. Please inquire prior to booking as we do not wish to disappoint. Pet Fee Applies. Shelley Beach is close by to let your pet off their leash.
