Summary: The bed was lumpy and hurt my back so I couldn’t sleep. But the rest was lovely and appreciated. The lady at the front desk was friendly and generous.

Summary: The hotel was awesome. Located just a few steps from St Patrick’s and 10-20 min walking to other touristy sites. The AirPort Express bus has one of the stops just outside the hotel, that’s very convenient.

Summary: Great stay! Close to the Rijksmuseum and really good restaurants. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I will definitely stay here again and my next trip to Amsterdam.

Summary: Though the staff was kind, this hotel in no way approximates four star accommodations. The website is slick and the photos are beautiful, but the reality is that the four story building combines multiple “hotels,” apartments, and office space. The breakfast area is fine, and the bathrooms alright (except our shower did not drain properly), but the rest of the facility is tired, worn down, and in some places truly not clean or in good repair. I wish we could get a refund!

Summary: I got a room at the ground floor, with extreme viability for people who could almost “be in the room”, therefore had to have curtains closed constantly. Also quite much noise from the neighboring room, plus room was not very clean. Very helpful and nice employeees.
