Our lovely monumental 5 stories house originates from 1887 and is situated in the middle of the centre of Amsterdam, near Leidse square. Luxury Apartment has just been renovated, you will experience excellent quality, love and eye for detail. The apartment is very suitable for families with children or business guests, as it's spacious with a lot of privacy. You are able to enter keyless by yourself via a code, which offers you full independency. Although we are situated in the centre, we guarantee you a quiet and peaceful sleep due to excellent sound isolation.
There is top-speed WIFI, a high quality bathroom with rain shower, wash basin and toilet and two separate bedrooms with flatscreen TV's, AC and double beds that are delightfully comfortable. There is an extra toilet situated next to the living room.
Anyone is welcome: friends, families, couples, colleagues with a maximum of 4 people.
For families with young children we have a baby cot and high chair available and there is a stair fence for safety. We offer some free beverages, mineral water, coffee and tea in the B&B. There is an optional breakfast delivery service from a deli, you can enjoy your self-purchased breakfast in the B&B or you can have breakfast in one of the lovely cafes near.
We value high-quality, eye for detail and independence and we have expressed this as much as possible in our apartment. If you look for a spacious, wonderful place in the city centre with top-speed WIFI, high quality finishing and super comfortable beds, this is your choice. We are looking forward to welcome you!

Summary: This property was one of my family’s highlights of our 17-day four country European adventure. Kathy & Sander were great hosts and communicated with us well including meeting us at when the taxi dropped us off just short of the apartment. Sander not only helped us load our luggage into the flat early thanks to the property being vacant the day before, but also spent his time thoroughly going over the ins and outs of everything in the flat. We found the property very modern, updated, well-appointed and in a more than ideal location to everything. We could be to just about any of the museums or sites within an easy 10–15-minute walk. We were a family of three so having the half bath upstairs helped when it was time to get ready to go out. The property was also prepared with water, beer, and drinks along with plenty of coffee for our stay. The beds were very comfortable, and we all had no problem getting a good night’s rest even with the location being close to a busy area. We would without hesitation return to this property as well as recommend it to anyone going to spend time in Amsterdam.

Summary: We had an amazing stay in Amsterdam and it started with Kathy being an amazing hostess! The place was fabulous for our family of four. Great location and we easily walked to all of the major attractions. Super clean and Kathy responded quickly with any questions. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Summary: To begin with, when you walk into the space it looks clean and bright and smelled so great. The hosts were amazing and were helpful with check in and making reservations. The bedding and towels were high quality and the beds were very comfortable. It was a nice space for two couples and we each had our own bedrooms but the upstairs living area was great to gather after dinner for cards and also meet for breakfast in the morning. I think it is a great space for two couples. The area is close to many restaurants and night life and a short stroll to shopping and museums. We enjoyed the coffee maker in the morning. We enjoyed a restaurant that was suggested by host and a short walk. Cafe George.This is a much better choice rather then going to a hotel.

Summary: We loved staying in Sander and Kathy’s apartment. It is centrally located, spotless, and run by people who are extremely responsive. The apartment is a short walk to everything including the tram. Restaurants and bars are right outside but the apartment is very quiet. You won’t regret booking here. Thank you, Sander and Kathy!

Summary: My family of 4 ended a 5-country tour in Amsterdam at this lovely Townhome. After schlepping from hotel to hotel, I had reserved Leidse Square allowing us to finish our journey in a nice, relaxed and homey space. Kudos to myself for having the foresight that this would be the exact thing my family would need after so many adventures on the road. This bright TH was perfectly appointed with high-end finishes juxtaposed with grungy rock, zen and pop-culture vibes. I couldn’t have hit the coolness jackpot any better. The hosts also left our favorite beer and wine for us chilling in the fridge. I’m still amazed at how spot-on they were! Check-in was great as we were personally greeted by our super friendly Host. She gave us a tour of the home, instructions on a couple unique-to-us items and recommendations for great local spots. Also, since we were traveling with 2 teens, the Hosts made sure to split the beds apart in the 2nd room. Speaking of beds, they were so incredibly comfy. Perfect in their size and softness, oh and the dreamy duvets.I don’t even have this comfort in my own home! Lastly, as a first-timer to Amsterdam, I really lucked out with picking the right location. I had no idea- but this was perfect. Located on a short street with a canal on one side and multiple restaurants on the other. About 10 steps from the front door was a cinema where our teens walked to see Barbie while Dad & I had a date night nearby. Everything was in walking distance. PERFECT

Summary: Our family with two daughters (18 and 21) traveled to Amsterdam 6/30 to 7/4 and we still miss Kathy's lovely apartment. Reasons we chose the apartment: - Location - accessible to local transportation (tram and bus 397 from airport) - Restaurants and walkability to all sites - Two bedrooms and a separate water closet from the bath room - washer and dryer - clean, modern lines - wifi and air conditioning Why we loved the property: - our host Kathy was so hospitable and communicated well with us using the VRBO app and WhatsApp. She was also there to greet us when we arrived. - great instructions for check in and recommendations for the areas. - ability to drop our luggage before check in to explore the area - loved the keypad instead of keeping up with keys - beautifully done linens and robes and very comfortable beds - toiletries and liquid for washing machine were provided along with some nice welcome refreshments in the kitchen, Nespresso machine, water chiller, instant hot water heater - bedrooms were below ground level with plenty of light from the modern sky lights but also made the rooms quiet from any street noise coming from the lively area - on a great "happening" street but down far enough and well insulated from any street noise Truly Kathy goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable, she even came to say goodbye. We feel we have a home and friend in Amsterdam and have already recommended it to friends.
