Summary: Where to start…. Everyone and everything was amazing ! From the reception ( Rinaldo ) to the cleaning lady to the private driver from and to hotel-Sorrento . And the view from our room… just wow !! Thank you for your outstanding service 💕

Summary: This family owned hotel is by far the best place I have stayed in Italy. The staff is amazing. The restaurant has different menus each evening. And there is no better view of the gulf of Naples. If your plans take you anywhere near Naples, Sorrento or Amalfi, you absolutely must spend some time at the Grand Hotel Hermitage. Five stars is insufficient. I’m thinking it’s closer to eight. Say hello for me to Guillermo, one of the owners who is there daily. He ensures that your stay is unforgettable.

Summary: We were very pleased with our stay! From the second we pulled up, after a long road trip and arriving close to midnight, the staff was so hospitable. Helping us bring our luggage in while it was pouring rain. Past the entrance doors we were greeted by the most gracious reception members and we felt at ease immediately. My husband and i are very low key, low maintenance type of travelers and love to do what the locals do, the concierge (so sad we forgot his name) was the friendliest, with the best recommendations and helped our stay be spectacular. Sadly we got colder weather so didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool but the views from our sea view room was amazing!! We will definitely book a stay here again and recommend to all who are looking to visit the area! Room was clean and to our humble liking :) thank you so much to the Hermitage for a wonderful stay!
