Summary: Grand Palace was very accommodating, were traveling through Italy and we got to the hotel at 10am and they were able to put us up right away. Staff was great, we left for a few hrs and came back to a bottle of champagne in our room and treats from housekeeping. Would def stay here again

Summary: The rooms pictured weren’t offered. We got an outdated room with brown carpet and dark features. There were also ants crawling around the bathroom and I spotted an ant running across my shoe. While they are tiny, it just wasn’t a pleasant experience. I’m disappointed that we didn’t get a remodeled room. I only booked this hotel because of the rooms shown in the websites. It’s not worth the $400+ a night I spent.

Summary: The hotel is dated and needs renewing the rooms and bedding at a minimum. The front desk also the concierge was less than enthusiastic about assisting with departure plans.
