Summary: Brilliant hotel, loved all the little extras like the executive lounge and prosecco at breakfast (although the pool wasn't included! But worth a visit). Was super easy to get ubers from here too.

Summary: Rooms I give a B-. A little dated. Beds excellent. Rest of hotel excellent. Right now the lift from the garage was broken, which they knew about but did not tell us, so we had to drag all our luggage up the stairs ourselves. Not that great. All in all however, we are very happy with the stay and would do it again. They do need to either fix the lift, or at least inform people about it, so they can leave the luggage up by the entrance instead.

Summary: Nice hotel, I had a comfortable stay. Very convenient to access the conference center and subway line. Breakfast is great and totally worth it. I was charged extra for access to the pool which felt absurd for a 5-star hotel - apparently it applies to reservations made through hotels.com.

Summary: A very pleasant stay in a small room with a great city view. Breakfast was wonderful, all the food was top quality with lots of choices. Everything was clean and staff helpful. Room cabinetry and bath countertops still remain from the iron curtain era more than 30 years ago, and could use an update, though they are still fully functional. AC unit was most welcome on a 37 degree day but with large west-facing windows it couldn't keep up and we had to close the curtains. We were disappointed to discover the pool and spa had an extra fee of 20 euro per person, so we declined these nice activities that we had looked forward to.

Summary: Excellent location for all events held at the Prague Conference Center. Easy acces to city centre by metro. Fairly new gym equipment available. Nice breakfast.

Summary: It was a lovely room. The spa facilities could be better. The menu in the restaurant was good but limited. They charge 20 euros for guests to use the spa facilities. Overall it was an okay experience
