Summary: Good location. Walking distance to most of the places worth a wisit. Grand Cafe in the backyard of the hotel is really nice. Good hotel, but the breakfast is dissapointing. In a 5 star hotel should there be fresh fruit juice and at least sparkling water. They serve some extremly sweet apple- and peach lemonade. Not a good start of the day. All in all a 3 star breakfast.

Summary: Great hotel, friendly staff and in the perfect location in city centre to all the best bars , restaurants and sites for visiting. Highly recommend the balcony rooms as the views are spectacular. Will stay there again.

Summary: There is a good opportunity to install a ramp for inclusion at the entrance to the hotel. For some reason, this option has not yet been properly implemented.

Summary: Very nice hotel in central Sofia about 10 minutes walk from Serdika metro station on the line from the airport. Room and bathroom were both large with plenty of storage space though not particularly modern. A good buffet breakfast was included with hot and cold items. Plenty of eating and drinking places close by.

Summary: Great hotel in a perfect location for bars and restaurants. Hotel is dated but nice and well organised . Great food served there as well .

Summary: 1-It’s a great hotel. I would rate it as excellent 4 stars. As it’s not 5 starts by all accounts. 2- The location is excellent in the heart of the city and in walking distance to all attractions. 3-It’s very clean and smells really nice everywhere(rooms and communal spaces) 4- The breakfast is so basic and it’s not worth the 22€. 5- With regards to the staff( 2 male receptionist are so unhelpful and one of them is so grumpy and he wouldn’t even smile at the guest upon arrival) there was a noise nuisance (celebration of students graduation) they were beating loud drums at the door of the hotel and many guests complained about it as we couldn’t sleep for 2 days out of the 3 days stayed. The response from the receptionist was so poor and defensive, that they can’t do anything about it. I would say it’s an isolated incident as the rest of the staff are friendly.
