Summary: Our stay was good! Hotel was centrally located. Room was comfortable, beds were slightly more firm than what we are use to. Room service was on point. Friendly staff.

Summary: My husband and I visited the grand Tijuana hotel because we are receiving wellness care at the heart care facility located within the hotel. Our room is very nice very large. We love the convenience of not having to leave the hotel for our Care. We would recommend this to anyone who is Receiving care at holistic care.

Summary: Exellent service on all restaurants and cafes but front desk needs a little more experience! You have to get a stamp for parking at front desk and almost had to pay 40 dlls because when I checked out they didn’t ask me if I needed a stamp for parking. They’re not even smiling or happy
