Summary: Friendly nd helpful manager did everything I needed and more. The window should have a black-out device of some kind, as it was never dark with the sun up.

Summary: We checked in around 10 pm, desk representative’s greeting was basically “need your ID”. So unfriendly! We booked a three-night stay in a front balcony Q room. Bed was very uncomfortable, mushy and soft. Room was dated but clean enough. After listening to trains coming through all night blowing their whistle and getting no sleep, we checked out the next morning. We were grateful for the very nice, morning front desk person as she worked with us and our third party booking company for a full refund on cancelling the last two days of our booking. Breakfast wasn’t Grand either. Would not stay again. Afterwards, from the owner, we were told, the back rooms are quieter somehow. The train tracks are only like a football field’s length from the hotel rooms.

Summary: The staff is super friendly and the hotel has a very 'family' feel. It seemed clean and was in a convenient location. The only complaints would be that the cot was exceptionally uncomfortable (even judging by cot standards) and the breakfast left a lot to be desired. Also, there is a train that runs regularly right across the street. It was no problem for our stay but if you're a light sleeper, you may need ear plugs. Overall would definitely stay there again.

Summary: The facility and amenities are fantastic, very clean. But we rented a room for family visiting, only to find out afterwards that they don't rent to people that are local???? We had to get the associate at the front desk to call the manager to get it approved. So be aware of this if you are making reservations through a third-party booking site.
