Negative: Very old Property, the grounds are beautiful but the buildings need work! Paint, fixtures, lighting, rooms are ok but, found dead bugs, old shower and tub Bed very nice

Positive: The staff was professional, yet friendly, and extremely approachable, more than willing to been over backwards to help make my stay wonderfully pleasant. I was always great to put a smile that seemed genuine and anything I asked for was immediately made available to me.
Negative: It was extremely difficult to get used to which elevators took you wear, and to work on the way through the maze I’ve beautiful architecture. it took me four days to really feel comfortable in finding direct paths to destinations. I enjoyed walking the property and exploring, and all of the staff members were more than happy to put me in the right direction when I got lost or even to go with me to make sure that I I just stood there directions. There are signs posted for the main destinations on the property. but it still took some time to figure out which elevators or stairs to take, and how to wind around the floors to find something. This was not a major problem, but it was a bit disorienting at first. Luckily for me I enjoy exploring, and I knew I was never far from someone who could help me find my destination.
Summary: I really enjoyed staying here. To be treated like royalty is something everyone deserves
