Summary: Excellent Hotel and fabulous views. Breakfast choice was amazing. All hotel staff were friendly and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Summary: This is listed as a 4 Star hotel but the staff were all 5 Star - always smiling and greeting and all friendly and helpful. Great location, great service and excellent food - breakfast was really good every day. Bus stop outside the hotel took us anywhere we wanted to go.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in a very convenient location next to the promenade and beach, but also just a short-walk into town. At arrival check-in was excellent with helpful information about the hotel and it's facilities. The room was very comfortable and the room service was very good too. Breakfast was first class as were the spa facilities. And very importantly the staff across all the hotel were really friendly and helpful. All in all we had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Summary: Stayed for a few days to visit the island. Great location close to the main town. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome. Only had breakfast there but it was spot on. Would happily stay there again if we were to visit again.

Summary: Stayed at the Grand for 3 nights for our minimoon as we wanted a few days relaxing after our wedding. The staff were excellent and really attentive. The room and spa were great and we loved the champagne bar and outdoor terrace. Tassili is really worth visiting for a special treat - it’s a fantastic dining experience!

Summary: Customer service exceeded my expectations. All members of staff were so welcoming and polite when we arrived. We booked a small double but it was perfectly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

Summary: Had a very friendly welcome. Check in and out was a breeze. The staff are so friendly in all areas of the hotel. Room was cleaned every day. Would definitely stay there again
