Summary: I booked the unit for our adult children as we live on the old tenth tee box of the same golf course. It was very convenient and only a short walk away from our house for them. If you want to golf, hike, bike and have unparalleled views of the Colorado National Monument this is a great choice.

Summary: My Wife and our dear friends stayed at this property while attending a Ringo Starr concert in Grand Junction. We really enjoyed the property and its wonderful location. The property backs up to a nice golf course and looks out at the nearby Colorado National Memorial rock cliffs. The view is amazing from both the lower patio and the upper patio. The owner was very easy to contact and he was proactive in his approach to making sure our visit was comfortable. The property was very clean and well stocked. We will stay here again when in the area.

Summary: The property was very clean and backed up to a golf course which made for a nice coffee area in the morning. The badge were comfortable. The stairway was narrowed with a non working chair lift. The unit was just a half block off of Broadway, which made for easy navigation to Colorado monument entrance shopping and Redland Mesa golf course. If we get back to the area, we would definitely consider this place again.

Summary: This was our 6th stay at this lovely property. So beautiful and peaceful. The property is always clean and inviting and the host is amazing. Its location is perfect! It’s in a quiet clean neighborhood but close to all the fun and the view is spectacular. We will return again and again!

Summary: Even though we had challenging weather, this home was perfect for our hikes on the Monument and visits to the Grand Basin. Terrific communication with the owner and house was impeccably clean. The decor is definitely circa 1970s, but it was comfy and perfect for our stay. Situated on the golf course, we were so fortunate to locate this gem.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and comfortable; the views were amazing. The stairs, due to the chairlift are narrow and plastic covered, which made our elderly parent nervous. If the chairlift worked, I’m sure the stairs would be no big deal. Overall, it is an excellent property.
