Positive: Secluded quiet private. Close to biking trails.
Negative: Kitchen very small (camper size) mini fridge(no ice) Entertainment center was a blast from the past! 1998! Never did get the tv working, internet worked occasionally. No washer or dryer There was plenty of room for a larger kitchen, and washer and dryer

Negative: The kitchen facilities were crammed into a small counterspace area. It was not a traditional kitchen and that's OK, just a toaster oven, microwave and convection portable stovetop. The stovetop did not work for us the first day (learned that you must put the pan on the stovetop for it to heat up; blew the circuit breaker and got instructions from owner on resetting it but missed a final meal prep. Would recommend adding hardware to kitchen drawers and cabinets (cheap but needed upgrade).

Positive: This is a beautiful space, filled with art and comfy chairs. We appreciated having a separate living room and bedroom. We made great use of the kitchen. It was a short drive to the many attractions in and near Grand Junction that we wanted to visit.

Positive: The location was perfect. We saw deer, rabbits and birds in the lovely yard. The apartment was beautiful, clean, well maintained and equipped. Our hosts were friendly, kind and thoughtful. We hope this lovely rental is available when we visit there again.
