This newly renovated spacious one level home on the south end of Grand Lake has four bedrooms and two and one half baths. Home has a large master suite with king size bed. A large open floor plan provides a perfect place for large gatherings or a quiet getaway. It has two large decks that overlook Dripping Springs Cove, with a fantastic view of the 'drip'.
Our home offers access down to a covered boat dock and swim platform, with a boat ramp on the property for your use. An additional boat ramp is available nearby (please inquire for more details). This home is located in one of the most enjoyable coves on the lake.

Summary: The location of this property is great. Family had a wonderful stay at this remodeled mobile home. I do have to caution everyone on the road to the property is a very steep and hilly rock road. If you have a boat you do not want to try to pull it to the house. You can put you boat in at Clearwater Marina. We will be staying here again.

Summary: Overall this place was great! We stayed the weekend with our adult children and had a great time. There was plenty of space for everyone. Our property manager was great and answered all our questions and concerns!! The only downsides were the road in and out, you definitely need a lifted vehicle, and the only swimming was off the dock so it was harder for little ones to be climbing in and out. It is also at the end of a party cove so if you're wanting quite the whole time this probably isn't where you would want to stay as it did get a little loud at times.

Summary: Road in was terrible - don’t book in rainy season or without 4WD. Ok house with great deck. Boat dock needed spider and wasp clean-up before use , then was great for swimming or boating.

Summary: This was our 2nd time staying at this property. The location is great. It is just what we expected and a great size space for our family. It is a very comfortable house, we love the covered deck and dock. The property manager is super nice, responsive and easy to deal with.
