Negative: The air conditioning was noisy. The fridge wasn't cold/plugged in when we arrived There was no iron with the ironing board There were many homeless people nearby. There were no glasses to drink from. Only paper cups. No jug or kettle to boil water for tea. Microwave only. It was way too expensive for the facilities provided and location.
