Positive: Excellent location, and friendly, hospitable staff. The room was well equipped, and clean.
Negative: The breakfast buffet was marginal, and not much in the way of fresh fruits or more authentic offering. Disappointing to have to pay $20/day to use the gym, and the pool was closed for the season - 90 degrees weather, and no pool access! An earlier morning shuttle, and a later evening shuttle, would be helpful in terms of not having to employ taxis. Staff did not replace or clean used coffee cups, just placed a drink cover on top and left dirty cups.

Positive: Lovely view of the water. Very convenient to catch the ferry.
Negative: Hotel aging, needs updating. Move on from the G7. Rethink pricing of the additional facilities,such as your pool. Some staff unfriendly.

Positive: Great quality for price, luxurious rooms, super clean, extremely professional staff, and the view from our room was impeccable. They also have a free shuttle that takes you to Hiroshima Station as well as a convenience store located inside the hotel
Negative: The only minus I can think of is the location, which was quite far from the city centre. However the free shuttle compensates it
