Positive: Very spacious clean and well thought out the owner pretty much thought of everything ,lots of nice little touches like good quality coffee and toiletries provided.
Negative: I cant really fault the apartment if i was to nit pick the kitchen flooring could probably use an update ,but hardly a concern for the price.
Summary: Very happy felt like a home away from home hope to stay again one day

Positive: Prompt response from the host. Large living room and dining area. Large shower area with amenities. Large bedrooms. (We slept so well!) Super comfy mattresses in the large bedroom. (They may be slight larger than U.S. Queen size. They were big.) Kitchen amenities. Laundry (though we did not use it, it's great to have!)
Negative: Mattresses in the second bedroom were too soft for our liking. (They may be U.S. Full or Queen size.)
Summary: Great place for a group. Appreciated quick responses from the host.

Positive: The apartment was close to public transport and handy to the station. It was easy to access. The host contacted us promptly when we asked a question. The bikes were handy to ride to the a-bomb ruins, museum, to places to eat
Negative: There was some noise from traffic outside during the night.
Summary: We used the bikes to get where we needed to go and it was easy to catch a streetcar to the station.

Positive: Nicely renovated and clean apartment, feels quite spacious by japanese standards.
Negative: The listing on booking.com is messed up, it lists different rooms for different numbers of people but in the end it's not the room but the party size that's relevant. The hosts were able to resolve this quick and uncomplicated, but it increased the price from what we expected.
