Summary: Check in was fine. The lobby was nice. I had reserved a room with two queen beds. The first room I was given was on the 9th fl. It was nice but only had one bed. We went down to the lobby and was given a 2nd room after the person working blamed it on hotels.com entering the wrong info from the reservation. The 2nd room (6th fl) was not so nice. It was very hot. The beds were definitely NOT queen. We turned the air on and it was not working. I went back to the lobby. I was told that hotels.com lists queen beds when in reality they don't offer queen. For the AC problem, they would send maintenance. The maintenance worker came, changed a filter, looked at us and said "let's see what happens!" I explained that we would were very tired from traveling. He said, I will tell the front desk. About ten minutes later, the maintenance man came back tot he room and told us to move rooms again. We went to a 3rd room. It wasn't very clean, but the air worked so we stayed. I would like to add that when you go to their website directly, they clearly offer queen beds. Their beds are full size, not queen. Hotels.com needs to know that his hotel blamed you for the wrong room assignment and also misrepresenting the beds in the rooms. Ridiculous! Don't be fooled! The lobby is the nicest part of the hotel.

Summary: Furnitures in room need to be replace. The chairs are damage. The chairs are all rip, holes are the chaors. Please replace your furnitures

Summary: Room was nice but there were what looked like contact lenses on the floor and on the counters in the bathroom. Wasn’t sure what they were. No bags in trash cans. Looked like someone started to clean it, then stopped.

Summary: The staff was nice and friendly but the bar was not open and I did not experience the breakfast bar. The furniture within the room was outdated and the walls are thin.

Summary: The overall stay of the hotel was great and clean! The staff was extremely nice and inviting. My only complaint was the bathroom required additional cleaning. There was hair in the tub and on the floor. I understand each housekeeping has a certain number of rooms to clean but it's the little details that can deter people from staying in a hotel based on the review.

Summary: Overall our stay was not that bad. There were a lot of guests and one of the 2 elevators was down. The television kept going in and out, and it took 20 minutes before the tech arrived to fix it. But, the mattress was good, and the young man that was at the desk in the evening was very personable and professional. We’ve stayed at much better places but this stay was okay.

Summary: Asked for a quiet room and he put me overlooking the highway rather than on back side of the hotel facing . Room was not clean. Very dirty floor and found hair ties from previous occupant. Batteries missing in tv remote. Equipment in gym did not work. Overall just a bad experience.
