Situated less than 15 minutes to Mount and Lake Sunapee, in the middle of 3 crystal clear lakes, this Grand Victorian Inn was fully restored and updated in 2014-2015. Built in 1897 as an Inn, and continuing in that function today, this property has 8 bedrooms and 8 1/2 bathrooms, a gazebo porch, kitchen porch, 20 x 40 back deck, picturesque grounds with annual and perennial gardens, outdoor wood fire pit, and a wildlife pond. The property exudes the charm and character of the Victorian era, yet has been fully updated with satellite TV, sports packages, high speed internet, and a cell phone booster to keep you connected. The first floor has a large well appointed bedroom with a King Bed, Gas fireplace, and full bath with shower and soaking tub. The second floor has 5 individually appointed bedrooms, all with queen beds, private baths with hairdryers, and views of the grounds and pond. The two bedrooms on the third floor are perfect for teens, one with two twins, one with a queen and twin day bed and trundle, both with private baths and gas fireplaces. The foyer entry leads to a pocket door parlor with the original Victorian Rumford wood fireplace updated with a gas fireplace insert, comfortable furniture and entertainment center. The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including two 5 burner gas ranges with 2 ovens, griddle top, two full size sinks, dishwasher, and large French door refrigerator. The formal dining room with an Austrian crystal chandelier seats 6 and the adjoining sun room seats an additional 12. The sun room has a gas fireplace and a 52 inch satellite TV, perfect for family movie night or game night. This is an ideal setting for weddings, rehearsal dinners, family reunions, multi-family adventures, or multi-couple getaways. We do allow events at our Inn on a case by case basis and we will help with planning. An event fee is added per event size. The owners are on property premises, in separate quarters, to be available for guests questions and needs, and to oversee operation of this historical property.

Summary: This house was lovely. 16 of us were in town for a wedding and we absolutely loved this house and our stay. Every room has its own bathroom, the kitchen is massive and well stocked. The owners were very nice as well

Summary: Joe and Sally were amazing hosts. They were very flexible and accommodating. We are group of four families with young kids under age 7 and they had so much fun time as well as the adults. The terrace is great for outdoor cookout. The water creek in the backyard was a natural playground. The fire pit was in a distance and we had to bring chairs to that but we brought our camping chairs so it was just perfect! It was overall great stay!!

Summary: Sally and Joe went above and beyond to make our visit magical. They were very responsive to all our questions before and after our arrival. They graciously helped us locate grocery stores and local hiking places. The house is lovely, the village is quiet and charming. The hardware just down the road is well stocked. The kitchen in the house is very well equipped for cooking.

Summary: We rented the entire Inn for family/wedding party for a weekend wedding at Pat's Peak. From the start, the hosts, Joseph & Sally, were responsive, professional, helpful & kind and that continued throughout our entire stay! The Inn is the picture perfect New England Inn and has the absolute charm and detail to go with it. Our hosts thought of every detail and the space and amenities were exactly what we needed to make the weekend perfect and complete! We had a few unexpected issues on our side on checkout day and Joseph & Sally were so gracious, understanding, and accommodating when we needed a later checkout. There is absolutely nothing but positive memories and appreciation for our stay at the Inn and the amazing owners!

Summary: We have reserved inns for our family reunion in the past. This was by far was our best stay. Here are the highlights: large well-equipped kitchen; large dining area for families; beautiful grounds with a stream, a pond, and frogs! nicely furnished bedrooms; watching shooting stars on the deck, and friendly responsive hosts!

Summary: The Bradford Village Inn is a wonderful place. Myself, my sisters, our daughters and our grandchildren had great time! All was good and Joseph & Sally are great hosts! There was more than enough room for all of us - 11 adults and 7 children. The Inn was very clean and cozy. We are looking forward to coming back next year.
