Summary: Greeting at reception was good. Room was good and comfortable. There was very few people in the hotel so I assume it was a quiet time for tourists in Jihlava. Breakfast was good but we thought it would be better when the hotel was busy/ Overall we enjoyed our stay and thought it good value and it was in the centre of Jihlava.

Summary: A very nice hotel, I have stayed there on several trips. Afternoon-evening is the best of any hotel I have seen. Even went outside to show me how to unlock front door after hours.

Summary: Room was comfortable, but without air conditioning was not ideal on what was reported as the hottest ever June night relieved by massive thunderstorm in early hours so had to shut window.

Summary: Somewhere between when I booked a room online and my arrival my room 'disappeared'. The hotel provided me with a suite and charged me the quoted price. The suite was excellent although wasted on a solo traveller, staying one night but it was a great gesture and excellent customer service and much appreciated. The city centre is about two minutes walk. Parking is available in the adjacent street for minimum/no cost depending on timing. Breakfast was a bit ordinary but acceptable.
