Summary: Enjoyed my short stay of peace and quiet that I needed for a few days away to focus on a project. The place worked out just fine. The home was very comfortable and clean.Its added convenience to local commerce was a pleasant plus. Finally, the host was responsive and very accommodating Thanks again Helen, Happy Holidays!

Summary: The cottage was quaint and met the needs we had just fine. Great working heat and plenty to cook with if desired, coffee was fantastic! The only unexpected thing was the house located directly next to the cottage (I’d estimate less than 12 feet to the left). In the original photos I saw that convinced me to book, it appeared the cottage was more private than it actually is, but we still had an overwhelming positive stay!

Summary: This is my 3rd stay at Grandma’s Cottage and it didn’t disappoint. It’s quaint, convenient to all things Milford, Dover and the beaches. I consider it my home away from home when I am in the area. I’ll be back.

Summary: Grandma's cottage was so quaint, welcoming and nostalgic. The cottage was clean the property was clean. It was so very quiet yet only 5 minutes from so many stores for shopping. It felt like a warm hug from Grandma just walking thru the door. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to go back! 10 stars

Summary: Grandma’s Cottage was very spacious, clean, cozy & close to many stores, restaurants, hiking trails, fishing lakes & even the Casino. The hosts (Helen & TJ) could not have provided a better experience. Everything you could need was provided. This was our 2nd time staying.
