Summary: * I was not aware there was no elevator, and we were put on the second floor. I have breathing issues, and it was hard for me to go up and down the stairs. They tried to make a change to the first floor, but they couldn't make it happen. * I loved the "makeup" towel! * They only had flavored tea; they should offer a plain black tea. *The staff very nice as well as our stay.
