Summary: The view from the hotel was great. There was ample parking. I loved that they have a private beach with kayaks and paddle boards.

Summary: The hotel was nice but had renovations going on. The right elevator to our room was confusing at times because of that. The room itself was comfortable and clean. Nice balcony with a view of the mountains. Breakfast was $17 for the buffet but the items were not hot. Overall a good place to stay and walking distance to shops, eating, and Olympic Museum.

Summary: Great property with good room options to stay in for families. Pool and hot tub were nice. They are renovating but even with this happening it was still a wonderful stay.

Summary: Breakfast buffet was worth it especially if looking to play all day and skip a regular lunch. The private beach for the hotel on Mirror Lake was nice and it was great to have free use of the kayaks. Staff was always friendly and helpful.

Summary: Check in process and the room were excellent. Bigger double queen was worth the money. Pool was beautiful (although under renovation). Only problems were many unsupervised preteens, which hotel couldnt help. The resturants and their staff were not great. Great room only had 1/3 of the online menu, so disappointing. Breakfast buffet was worth it, although watch for add on costs. Staff at both were cold and unhelpful: no plates for buffet, not child friendly, cleared table before bring boxes.

Summary: The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was polite and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The food in the restaurants was very good.

Summary: This is no longer the Crown Plaza. It changed management & now goes by Grandview. It is under renovation & construction. The previous beautiful lobby lounge with huge windows overlooking Mirror lake & town is now a restaurant. The new lobby is further back in the interior, past registration desk. It is dark & has no windows. No views. The lower floors are currently under construction, hallways are dusty and a lot of workers going in & out. There are just two small elevators, one at either end of the hotel. One was often used for transport of construction materials. We stayed in a newly renovated room in 4rth floor. It had no closets or drawers. Everything had to be stored out in the open. Next to the fridge / microwave there was an open nook with 4 knobs & just 4 hangers for clothes. Room had no safe to store any valuables. Considering the conditions of the hotel , rates should have been adjusted accordingly. We've enjoyed our previous stays but not sure we will return.

Summary: The room was good, excellent shower and very clean overall. Very disappointed by the breakfast, poor service, took forever to get a coffee, poor options offered. If you don’t take the breakfast there, the rest is good. Due to renovations, lot of noise early morning, unfortunately there was no mention of such when we booked.
