- Room 1: California King size bed, wardrobe, two side tables, Nespresso coffee machine, lounge area w/a French sofa, and two armchairs, and two desks. Ensuite bathroom
- Room 2: King size bed, two side tables, Tassimo coffee machine, dresser, chest of drawers, two armchairs. Ensuite bathroom
- Room 3: Full size bed, wardrobe, two side tables, and seating area
- Room 4: Full size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, two side tables, armchair, and small settee
*Rooms 3 and 4 are connected via the downstairs bathroom but both have their own lockable outside entrance.
- Living room: Fireplace, L shaped couch, LCD TV, reading corner, *futon that doubles as the permanent fifth bed*
- Dining room: Large oak table. Dining set seats up to 10 people
Kitchen: Gas stove, electric oven, microwave, blender, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, French press, fridge, and dishwasher. Oil, vinegar, and spices provided.

Summary: We were for almost two weeks on Tara and Hamishs farm and we had a great time. The house has very lovely interior and is really big, so everyone has enough space. The property itself was also very big, enough space for the dogs to run. Tara and Hamish are wonderful hosts - we really enjoyed our time there and the contact to those both interesting people. We can highly recommend this object for a really relaxing time ion the French countryside.

Summary: After a very long drive we arrived in this lovely oasis in the middle of nowhere. The owners did an amazing job at turning this 500 year old house into a warm and homely place. Hamish and Tara, the easy-going owners, made us feel welcome and were always ready with tips or advice about the local area, including a great tip on a local winery. I definitely recommend going there with friends or family. Thanks for a lovely time Hamish and Tara!

Summary: I can’t even begin to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay on the sage farm! From the minute we got there until the minute we left, we felt like family. We were treated like royalty, yet we’re so completely relaxed, and immersed in the beautiful countryside of France. Our sweet hostess, Tara, gave us a long list of plenty of things to do in the quiet, but sometimes bustling French countryside. we were honored to stay at this, beautiful, unique, and impeccable place. You could spend an entire decade, exploring the grounds alone. But unfortunately, sometimes we had to tear our selves away from our beautiful grounds, and go explore the area. But it was always wonderful to come home and feel at such peace. This was the first time in a long time I felt truly relaxed and at peace, and we were really enjoying our time at this beautiful slice of heaven. I cannot recommend this place enough! It will be forever in our hearts and souls in mind, and we can’t wait to get back again to see our friends in this beautiful part of the world in this beautiful piece of heaven.
