La grange et la dépendance se situent sur un terrain de 1200m2 entièrement clos sur lequel se dresse également notre longère. En fonction des dates, nous sommes amenés à être présents avec nos deux enfants et notre chien.
Nous nous situons à environ 55 min de Paris (l'accès à l'A13 est à 8 min en voiture), 1h10 des côtes Normandes et à 20 minutes de Giverny, Vernon, Les Andelys et le château Gaillard. Rouen se situe également à 40 min.
Le château de Gaillon est à 5 min en voiture du logement.
La station de train de Gaillon-Aubevoye se situe à 7 min de la maison et dessert la gare de Paris Saint Lazare (1h de trajet) et/ou Rouen (35 min).
Vous disposerez de deux logements complets avec une terrasse.
La Grange :
Au rez-de-chaussée, une grande pièce à vivre avec son baby foot et sa petite table de ping-pong. Vous disposerez d'un coin salle à manger et également un salon.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée, la salle de bain et les toilettes sont séparées et se situent également au rez-de-chaussée. Vous aurez accès également à une machine à laver durant votre séjour.
A l'étage en mezzanine, vous y trouverez une grande suite parentale avec un lit double, une baignoire et un petit salon.
La Petite Maison :
Maison charmante avec poutres apparentes.
On y trouve une salle de bain avec une douche, lavabo et un toilette, deux chambres séparées, un salon avec un lit double en mezzanine ainsi qu'un coin kitchenette (évier, bouilloire, petit réfrigérateur, four, plaque...).
Vous aurez accès au jardin, et à la piscine (entre le 1er mai et le 1er octobre ). Il s'agit d'une piscine de jeu avec une profondeur de 1m40 maximum et une plage de 2 m pour les enfants ou se détendre.
La piscine est au sel et chauffée. Son accès est possible de 09h00 à 22h00.
Vous disposerez également d'un baby foot, de la petite et grande table de ping-pong, d'un jeu de fléchette, d'un jeu de palet et molkky.
Nous mettons à disposition des jeux de sociétés.
Attention particulière :
Fêtes interdites autour de la piscine et dans le logement. Le volume sonore (musique, éclats de voix, etc.) doit être raisonnable vis à vis de notre voisinage surtout après 22h00.
Nous fournissons les draps pour les lits, torchons pour la cuisine et tapis de douche pour les deux salles de bains.
Nous ne fournissons pas les serviettes de toilette.
Un barbecue est à disposition mais nous ne fournissons pas le charbon de bois.
Vous pourrez garer votre voiture au sein de la maison.
Vous pouvez louer des vélos grâce à un service de vélos électriques en libre-service qui se trouve à 10 min à pied environ. Il est ouvert de 04h à 22h tous les jours. Prix de location : 1€ / heure
