Negative: Going through Booking.com and the added cleaning fee made the price exorbitant. I would make sure to double check during my checkin again and would not go through booking.com but should have gone directly through Evolve.
Summary: We loved the location and the house was lovely. We have plenty of room for us and friends/family.

Positive: Excellent communication, Scott was wonderful and very informative and location was fabulous. Great place for us for wedding attending nearby . This home was unique , eceletic, clean as a whistle and wonderful.
Negative: This home is so wonderful and cool , I really don’t want to mention but my son and daughter-in-law felt the upstairs bed was a bit hard. Maybe a change out of the mattress will help! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Negative: That you were not able to have guests come over and enjoy the beautiful house for a small family gathering,

Positive: I loved the way this house was stocked. Everything from home is here with some special added surprises.Georgous water front view and we were lucky enough to have warm weather for the new year to enjoy this view..the outside fireplace was awsome to enjoy with our camper friends as we spend alot of time by a camp fire in the summer months.the host is definitely 5 star with reply and requests...we will definitely stay again

Positive: The location was perfect. The Winchester is a lovely home tucked away in a quiet setting with incredible views, but still close enough for day and night outings. Our visit was to recreate the fun we had as kids on Eastern Shore. This trip did not disappoint. We fished, swam, and played on the water. We ate local corn, watermelon and steamed crabs (that we ate in the crab room) caught that morning. Best place for total R&R or as much fun as you please. We are definitely going back!
Negative: This was not a problem for us but you have to negotiate stairs to enter the home.
