Summary: My family and I had a great time at this house. The downstairs living areas were very open & spacious. Definitely enough room for my family to either find their own corners or come together in smaller groups or as a large group. The outdoor grill worked great & the family definitely enjoyed the pool & hot tub. I did have to skim the pool before use because of all the debris from the trees, but that wasn't a big deal. Would definitely recommend for big groups/families. You'll probably even see some deer stop by here and there.

Summary: We have stayed in many vacation houses up in the Grass Valley area for many years. This was one of the best houses that we have stayed at. The neighborhood was quiet with many great areas to walk. The backyard was private with an ample sized pool and good areas to relax while out of the pool. The pool gets nice sun in the morning and early afternoon.

Summary: The property is beautiful, well kept and has so much to do for entertainment! Unfortunately, and not at the fault of the host it snowed and we needed to shovel the driveway when we checked in at ten thirty pm. The heater/thermostat had reset so the house was not warmed, but oh my goodness!! The communication was prompt and the host came right up to buy, replace and attempt to fix what was going on. He had it all done by the next am and it was a weekend. In the meantime he set us up with several space heaters which did the trick with a comfy wood burning stove! We were shocked he got someone out there so early on a weekend to fix the thermostat in the end. I would recommend kitchen hand towels and a popcorn popper 😂 but that’s just me being picky! The coffee bar is great, the bar area is fun and in such a great location. We want to come back in the Summer to BBQ and swim! It was a great stay and we would do it again! The layout is really perfect for family, friends, and just to have fun and have space! We were able to relax and do everything we went up there for! Thank you so much!!!
