Summary: This condo is in the heart of Grayton Beach-a block from Chirango's and two from Red Bar. There is beach access steps from your door, and everything is within walking distance which is why we booked. The king bed in the master was extra comfy, and the water pressure in the master shower was strong, an added bonus in the mornings. I highly recommend for a group of 4 or less. The only negative-there were no blankets for the sleeper sofa, only sheets.

Summary: Our recent stay at this adorable villa was nothing short of fantastic. The property was cute and quaint, perfectly capturing a cozy, home-away-from-home feel. The great location was a standout feature, as it was super close to the beach, making it convenient to enjoy the sun, sand, and sea at any time. It was also within walking distance of Grayton Beach's restaurants, and we biked to nearby Seaside each day. The property was very clean, and had everything we needed from the fully equipped kitchen to the unbelievably comfortable beds! Management was easy to communicate with and responded to a request for hangers in a timely manner! The only thing I would suggest for the property is a full length mirror in one or both of the bedrooms. We would definitely book this villa again.

Summary: My sister and I spent the weekend enjoying the Florida sun. We rented bikes, ate delicious food, and enjoyed the beach every day. The condo is as pictured - beds are so comfy and shower was a delight. Steps from our new favorite coffee shop and bar and right near access to the public beach. We can’t wait to go back!
