Summary: The pictures of the place are mainly of the renovation but the after is great. We were very comfortable and Tim was quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again. The location was perfect for our needs. Check in and out was a breeze. Thanks for hosting us. Hope the garage sale went well!

Summary: This is a great house. It has a ton of room, plenty of items you need in the kitchen and is well decorated. The house was likely built in the 1960s and does not have central air conditioning. There is a unit in the living room but none in the bedrooms. It was unseasonably hot and humid the week we were there and bedrooms were quite hot, even with fans. It wasn’t awful but be advised in the summer months, it could be hot. Otherwise, it’s a great house.

Summary: Tim's place was huge! The perfect place for me to set up, work, and enjoy Essex Junction this winter. Tim had thought of everything including a fully stocked kitchen, all new furniture, and a very nicely setup home office where I worked all week with a beautiful view of falling snow and strong wifi. The beds were really comfortable and the washer and dryer were really great. The house is brand new with a fun basement for lounging with a massive TV. We loved all the fun vintage touches around the house. Burlington is close by. Coffee shop and HH spot within walking distance! Great rental, highly recommended.
