With restaurants, breweries, parks, lakes, the rec center, and the new TPC golf course all with-in walking distance or a short drive away, you will not be disappointed. After a long day of activities, enjoy a soak in the hot tub, or grill for the family on the BBQ. It is a perfect location for a family, a group of friends, or a couple who wants to visit all of the things Northern Colorado has to offer.
The space
This is a 1400 sq/ft ranch that has all three bedrooms down one hall with a bathroom and the other side of the house is the living area, with a very open concept space and an extra powder room. There is a dining area that can seat as many as 12 if needed, a cozy fireplace, and a fantastic back patio to grill on or soak in the hot tub.

This is a very quiet, sweet neighborhood and is in a very safe town. The house is located just up the street from a church and a senior living center and there isn’t much traffic. It’s close to everything without being too busy.

Summary: Overall this house is awesome,the kitchen is very well stocked , the interior looks to be completely updated, The three bedrooms are plenty big and the beds are very comfortable. The host is very easy to get in touch with and it was a pleasure talking with her and we would definitely think about staying there in the future.

Summary: What a great house and neighborhood. Kristy was flexible and responded to questions pretty much immediately. The house was very comfortable and fully equipped. We were in town for a wedding and needed a quiet neighborhood and this absolutely fit the bill. I would highly recommend this host and property and would love to stay here again.
