Positive: We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was well kept and maintained. They had everything we required and we were especially happy about the iron, washing machine and condiments for simple cooking provided. (They even had soy sauce!) Excellent air con for the summer, the most fluffy towel and a great shower with strong pressure.
Negative: It's not the fault of this property but there is a neighbour who smokes every morning we were there and if the window from the toilet is opened, the smell lingers. It can be slightly annoying for non smokers whenever the neighbour smokes.
Summary: Quiet, lovely residential place with excellent amenities!

Positive: The apartment is very comfy, clean, and exceptionally well equipped. You could literally live there; they even had coffee and spices in the kitchen. I was worried about road noise because it's next to one of the busiest road in the district, but the window looks at a peaceful inner courtyard, and the windows themselves are great. I slept so well. The little split AC could cool the place down no problem even in this historic heatwave.
Negative: Pretty much everything was perfect. A small nitpick is the air freshener or cleaning liquid smell was a bit harsh on arrival, but opening the windows fixed it in no time.
Summary: 10/10, would stay again.

Positive: It was a lovely place for a couple of days, well connected and in a nice neighborhood. Everything was clean, and we had all amenities we needed and more. Attila, the host, was very responsive and cooperative and I would not have been able to organize the trip as smoothly as I did without his imput. Would definitely come again!

Positive: The information provided by the host was extremely helpful. He even recorded a video showing which street and building to find, how to enter the building, and where to pick up the apartment key. This made everything very easy, especially for guests arriving late in the evening. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. The gas heater kept the place warm, but since it was always set to auto mode, I felt a bit cold one night. It would be great if guests could adjust the heating mode themselves during colder nights. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the washing machine, iron, and hair dryer were all in perfect working condition. The toilet and bathroom were also very clean. The location isn’t perfect, but public transportation is very convenient. The bus stop is just a 1-minute walk away, and the tram to the city center is only a 5-minute walk. Overall, a great stay! I recommend this place

Positive: This is a great budget place for folks who want to save some money but still be quite comfortable with their accommodations. It's easily accessible by mass transit, has a huge living/sleeping room, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. A great value!!
