Summary: The hotel is conveniently located near YYZ Airport, making it perfect for travelers. The room was clean, spacious, and offered a nice view of the racetrack, which was a unique touch. As a newly established hotel, everything felt fresh and well-maintained. A great option for a comfortable and quiet stay close to the airport.

Summary: We had a great time while there. Accessibility is really good. Nice to have a room that is large enough to accommodate a power wheelchair. Public washrooms are also quite accommodating. Soap dispensers could have been lowered. If you have trouble walking be aware that the resort is very big with lots of long hallways. Staff were very attentive and helpful.

Summary: Our stay was very comfortable and amazing. The only thing that bothered me was that room service refused to bring us coffee, tea and muffins. I was told they didn't deliver coffee only "food" (Tim Hortons) and this was not a problem the day before, we arrived as they gladly delivered with no questions asked. I called the front desk and I was advised that they shouldn't refuse any type of service and I asked to speak to the manager but never did call me back.

Summary: I arrived on a red eye and was allowed to check-in early the bed was comfortable and convenient for the concert. The shuttle to and from airport was very convenient as well

Summary: Let me first say, in general the place was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the prices werent horrible and they have a free airport shuttle. I also won 60 bucks in the casino. HOWEVER, when we found a USED CONDOM, relatively "fresh" is you get my meaning, on the floor by the lamp. We complained about it, and instead of comping pur room, they have us half pff the night and a "free upgrade" on our next stay. Doubtful id ever stay again!!! They should have competely comped our room. I asked for the next level of management to review the request to have our room comped and was told "nope". Absolutely disgusting. Pur daughters were the ones to find this and im sire theyll never forget it either. Too bad. Its a nice place, but it was a reasonable request since it was not like a hairbrush or even a pair of underware that was found. Just saying.

Summary: The thermostat was not working properly. We managed to get the fan working which made the room comfortable. Considering it was 12:30 am we did not call maintenance as the issue was a minor inconvenience.

Summary: Hotel room was fabulous. Bed very comfortable. Check in experience great. Facilities and amenities were wonderful. Just the food/bar service very poor. Completely disorganized in the lobby bar and food court. And bar near the theatre If this part was improved the 3xperience would be top notch

Summary: Nice clean very large rooms,faced the race track which was amazing.coffee maker not so good, but the lounge at 1st floor served great coffee and breakfast was delicious and service amazing. The rooms could have used a couple of comfortable chairs. Casino was large and roomy with lots of gaming options and eating options. Nice little getaway with friends
