Summary: Property on the outside was in very bad shape. Grass had not been mowed in months, trees and bushes over grown across sidewalk. No washer and dryer, no utilite knives in kitchen, no trash service, no place to put weekly trash. No cable Tv, did have a firestick that did not work. TV was very very old. Cleaning service sub-par. Upon arrival stove, counters etc. had film from wiping with dirty rags. No trash bags. Sliding doors either would not open or extremely hard to open. The list is long what this property is missing and condition. Lucy the property manager is easy to contact. However the property needs lots of attention. Could be a nice VRBO with more work and essential items added to the house.

Summary: It was a work trip and we didn’t get to enjoy the house much. It’s a very nice house but was missing amenities listed in the advertisement. I talked to the owner and she said that she didn’t list those amenities and would have to check out why they was listed
