Summary: A fantastic vacation condo for the price. My kids loved the bunk bed and the pool. And it was a serene place on the Withlacoochee. Dunnellon was centrally located to everything that we wanted to do. The community feels safe. The condo was basically as advertised in the listing and I want to advertise that we had an overall good experience. With that being said, I will list the negatives; Kids under 12 are not allowed in the hot tub as indicated on multiple signs at the property. I don't really like the camera at the front door, I somewhat understand the need for it, but find it to be invasive. There were some miscommunication issues with the check in process. In defense of Vacasa, we did book the condo about 36 hours before we arrived, but be aware that check-in instructions will not be sent through VRBO, but rather through your e-mail and there will be a seperate e-mail with HOA form that you have to sign prior to your stay. We missed the message and were threatened that our stay may be suspended until we signed the form. We own our own VRBO rental and we send all our messages directly through VRBO. We have never once in the 7 years we have been renting to people threaten to suspend someone's stay. We were informed that Vacasa had opened a case against us and provided a case # via e-mail. I have generally found that most guests, my family included, will respond appropriately to friendly communication, so please consider in future. Overall, we still had a good experience.

Reviewer Comments: We slept on the 3rd floor in a condo with a kitchen, 1.5 baths, living room and 2 bedrooms.The rooms are modern and tastefully decorated.Everything was super clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need.Parking was spacious and convenient.The pool and hot tub area are nice and great to use.There are 3 bbq's that work good and there is lots of room on the patio.

Had the best time with my family. Would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area. The place was also sooo quiet after the sun went down. Also, many restaurants in the area. Next time we vacation in the area we will check to see when this unit is available and plan our vacation around these dates.

Summary: The facility was very nice and the host was fantastic, we had a very enjoyable visit. My only issue was being "old school", my wife and I were not overly comfortable with "alexa" everywhere, LOL. I highly recommend the condo and the host. BUT, we have been using VRBO for several years and have been happy with them until this trip, they employed a third party company called Vacasa to book through and I am very dis-satisfied with them. First, there are added fees for their services...or lack of, I should say. Second, they are the most unorganized and un-proffessional organization I have ever dealt with in the hospitality industry. So much so that I ended up dealing directly with the host himself to ensure everything was set and we indeed had a place to stay. I will definitely reconsider utilizing VRBO for my next vacation.
