This home is a destination and an experience. There are incredible sweeping vineyard, hazelnut, and valley views throughout most of the rooms. Whether it is a low hanging fog drifting between hills or a bright orange sunset behind the Chahalem Mountains in the distance, the beauty is unparalleled.
Most every item in the home is brand new and curated to create an amazing experience for our guests. The home has ample room to spread out and enjoy everything it has to offer both inside and out. The property itself sits on close to 20 acres with over 15 of them used for hazelnuts and fruit trees.
Inside the home, you will find almost six thousand square feet of primary living space and a two thousand three hundred square feet finished basement loaded with amenities and a sleeping area. There are four spacious bedrooms on the two main floors with one of them having an en suite bathroom on the ground floor. There are two large living room areas with the upstairs one having vaulted ceilings and a wet bar.
One fantastic feature great room style open kitchen with double oven and cooktop. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your culinary needs and is perfect for preparing meals or having a local professional chef come and take care of that for you.
In the renovated and finished basement, you fill two additional beds, couches, vinyl records with a player, TV with streaming capability, air hockey, ping pong, and tables games. There is so much to enjoy, see, and do you won't want to leave the home. When you do however, there are countless incredible vineyards moments away as well as some fantastic restaurants in Newberg, Dundee, Dayton just to name a few. The air and space museum is a short jaunt and day trips to downtown Portland or the Oregon Coast are within easy reach. It is hard to find a better location than this to explore much of what the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories.

Summary: This trip was a family gathering with adult kids, partners, and dogs. We arrived later than expected and it was dark. The home is tucked away off the road near the top of a hill but was easy to find. The home is nicely located in the middle of the Dundee Hills near dozens of wineries. We woke in the morning to a sunny but cold winter day. We made coffee and sat in the kitchen and enjoyed the expansive valley and mountain views all morning. It was a great way to begin our 4-day weekend. The home had everything we needed for our family. The kitchen is stocked, and the home is nicely appointed. We spent the weekend at the home playing games, walking dogs, and prepping and eating meals in. We had a couple questions about the garbage and lights and other items. I especially appreciated how responsive the owners were on text to any needs we had.

Summary: This is a large house with all the living space you would want, with beautiful views and nice furnishings. Our party of four "winos" used this as our home base while we hired a driver to take us around to visit wineries in the area. There are good restaurants nearby but the house was so inviting that we brought food in or prepared our own meals and enjoyed unhurried dinners in the comfort of the house (with wine of course). The property management company was easy and a delight to work with: clear, timely communications and quick to respond to comments. There are some signs of wear and tear, but no more than can be reasonably expected and nothing that we considered detrimental to our enjoyment of the house. The beds were very comfortable and the linens excellent.

Summary: Our group stayed in this beautiful property to ring in 40th birthdays. The entire property has gorgeous views of the surrounding Dundee Hills with plenty of comfortable seating from which to watch the sun come up (or go down). The home has plenty of space for a group of 6 adults or several couples. It was conveniently located as a home base for us to explore wineries and cafes. We will return!

Summary: Great location, views and stay for a group of 10 family members. We booked this place for my brothers wedding and it was super close to the venue so easy to hangout and get ready for the big event. Highly recommend and we would book again. The gas fire pit outside needs to be serviced; the knob to keep the fire on is broken so it wouldn’t come on. The place was very clean.

Summary: This was the perfect house and setting for our extended family to gather together! It was in in the heart of Willamette Valley wine country, with beautiful view and plenty of room for everyone to spread out but also great areas for us to come together.
