Our One Bedroom and Studio Suites are located in the community of Newberg Oregon which is commonly referred to as the "Gateway to Oregon Wine Country" where our passion for local wine, food, culture, and adventure come alive! These full, luxurious apartment-style suites have been remodeled with modern amenities travelers desire while still capturing the original grandeur of the historic building, making these suites a great place to call home each night of your visit to the Willamette Valley.
Flat #5: This One Bedroom Suite at the Yamhill Flats is spacious in size and residential in feeling. Featuring a modern kitchen, dining nook, and living room with an electric fireplace, plush couch, and chairs for ample seating, these sophisticated suites provide space for relaxation and privacy. The adjacent bedroom offers a queen bed, ample clothing storage, and a second television. The en-suite bathroom features a standing shower, lots of lighting, plush towels, and a hair dryer.

A quick note about the building: this is a beautiful, historic property, and with that charm comes a little quirk — there is a steep flight of stairs you’ll need to climb to reach your unit, and there is no elevator in the building. We recommend bringing in luggage carefully and taking your time on the stairs.

Summary: This apartment was beautifully appointed, very clean, and right downtown in Newberg. I’m a veteran traveler and this was the most comfortable overnight stay ever! The only downside is traffic noise due to location but the hosts thought of that too and provided earplugs

Summary: Very nice apartment with all you need for a fun stay in Oregon wine country. Easy communication and good WiFi. Comfortable bed and full kitchen. Good tv options as well. Soda was a bit old, but all in all a very nice apartment. We appreciated the bottle of wine offered as a welcome gift. Nice coffee and tea as well.

Summary: We were so impressed with the comfort and amenities of this place. The location is super walkable and communication from staff was suburb. They even had a little bag of goodies for our pup. We are always so grateful for dog friendly spots. We will definitely stay here again when visiting wine country!

Summary: We stayed for a few days for a wedding. Great location - walking distance to cafes and restaurants and only a short drive to airport (45 min) and downtown Portland. Would highly recommend.

Summary: Came to see family and needed a place to stay that was this was convenient and clean and easy. Only one complaint and that was how noisy the mini split system was. Sounded like a fog horn every time it went off which was about every 30 mins.

Summary: We loved everything about this place. The location was superb as we were pleasantly surprised on arrival it is right on the main drag of Newberg and we could easily walk to many cut chops and restaurants (which we did for two of our nights there). Parking was never an issue, we easily found street parking each time (we were there for 3 nights). Inside, it is very nice decorated, updated and clean. It was very comfortable to sit and relax after hitting wineries all day and to make an easy breakfast in the morning as the kitchen was well stocked. There are some steep stairs as you enter the building to get to the 2nd floor, however, this was not a problem for us, we just took our time getting our baggage up to the second floor. Management was very communicative before our stay via email, and they also left us on arrival a nice bottle of wine, coffee and snacks. We would definitely stay here again.
