Comfortable, well-stocked, relaxing beach house on Lake Michigan.
Large west facing deck complete with furniture and gas grill - great place to watch the beautiful sunsets over the lake. Two acres of beautiful property on a 100 foot bluff overlooking Lake Michigan. Large mowed yard perfect for playing frisbee, soccer, etc... Cornhole, badminton, and some other yard games are provided in the shed.
Enjoy a fire in the firepit in the yard or down on the beach.
Stairs from the property (approx.200) lead down to large private beach (200 feet of beach). Plenty of driftwood around for bonfires. Walk for miles either north or south. Search for beach treasures. Quiet surroundings.
Our rental rate includes all fees and taxes.
Enjoy the shops and great restaurants of Saint Joseph. Plenty of fresh fruit stands, farms, and local wineries with great wine within minutes to visit and enjoy.

Summary: This house has so many bedrooms!!! We enjoyed the huge dining area to be able to make a puzzle and still have room to eat. The owner made an early check in possible. The stairs down to the beach are ALOT, but two of us made our way down. if you have small children i would watch the cliffs down to the lake but other than that, we had such a pleasant stay. Sunsets each night were stunning and the occasional freighter passing by made us very happy. Well stocked kitchen I can't think of a pot or pan you are missing. With all the bedrooms, and on different levels, this is perfect for a couple of families to stay.

Summary: The property is stunning - huge, shady lawn leading to a bluff overlooking beautiful Lake Michigan. The house is lovely - plenty of room for our family of 9 - 6 adults and 3 kids ages 7-12, and it's equipped with everything you could need.We were fortunate to have several calm days on the lake, as well as several days with waves that the kids loved to play in. The stairs to the beach were a bit challenging at first, but we got used to it, and the gorgeous, private beach at the bottom makes it well worth the trip. Jodie is a very responsive host, and answered all our questions we had before we came. Loved our stay here! Thanks, Jodie!

Summary: We had a wonderful time visiting the Benton Harbor/St. Joseph areas during the week we stayed at this rental. The vista views were amazing and the beach was so handy! The only suggestion that I would make is a good power wash of the back of the house and deck. Also the tire swing needs to be raised for swinging. We hope to be back some day! Thank you for sharing this lovely property with us!

Summary: This property is gorgeous. The view is beautiful. The beach is private and clean. There are many things around to do if you'd like or if you just want to grab groceries and cookout on this little piece of heaven that will work too. There are plenty of books and board games to entertain the family! Jodie is a great host! We will be back!

Summary: We had a group of 10 ladies that stayed here for a girls weekend and it was the perfect place! We all had a bed to sleep on and plenty of bathrooms and space to hangout. The lake was such an added bonus and enjoyed the walk along it. Check in/out went smoothly. Definitely recommend!

Summary: We booked this property for a employee retreat - we had 8 adults stay. Plenty of room for everyone, great outdoor spaces for hanging out. We loved the large dining area (for eating and for board games) and the fire pit. We would absolutely return. Very clean and well-equipped!
