Beautiful ranch style home. Comfortable, quit neighborhood located just minutes away from Texas A&M University and Kyle Field.
Plenty of room to relax inside and a great shaded back yard patio and grilling deck to entertain outside.
The home is available for all A&M home games, parents weekend and graduation dates for 2018-2019.
There are 4 bedrooms the master bed room has a king size bed and private bath room. The 3 additional bedroom each have a deluxe queen size memory foam topped air matress and a shared bathroom. We also provide 2 extra air mattresses to allow for extra guest if desired.

Summary: Great property. Enjoyed our stay. Would be better with real beds in the bedrooms! We have a couple of elderly folks and it was hard for them to get in and out of the air mattresses.

Summary: I wish I had read the fine print and reviews. I totally missed the word AIR before mattresses.... 3 of the 4 rooms have air mattresses. Also, the house smelled of wet animal when we arrived and there was cat hair visible. Kind of a problem for a guest who is allergic to cats. An information sheet would have been helpful for the guests, too. The hot water heater was off; hence, cold showers before we figured it out. The house itself has some cute features and is functionable as advertised.

Summary: The space is really nice and the backyard is awesome. However the air mattresses are not very comfortable. I wish there was a disclosure about the cat who was in the garage and caught us off guard. It tried sneaking in the house. The living room furniture had a lot of cat hair on it and allergies did not mix well with that. Also for such a big space, there was a need for a larger trash can. Luckily we had bags we filled up and took out. Lots of water in the fridge and ice in the freezer which was nice. Neighbors are friendly. Fooseball table was a huge hit!

Summary: The house would be fine if all the rooms had real beds and not blow up mattresses. We wouldn’t stay here again unless they changed the beds.

Summary: This house was perfect for us. It has a lot of room! The guests rooms do have air mattresses instead of real beds but they were perfect for us! It is located in a very quiet neighborhood and is conveniently located to campus! We would definitely book it again!
