Gorgeous fully remodeled 4 bedroom 2 bath home w/ tons of space to spread out with the family or your group. Elegant oversized oak front door opens into large living space w/ 65" flat screen and soaring ceilings and plenty of room to spread out. Primary Bedroom is a true presidential suite with a solid wood King Bed w/ memory foam mattress, it's own ensuite bathroom complete with frameless glass shower with 2 heads and separate copper soaker tub. Master also features addition with leather futon, sheets/comforter for extra guests & antique desk for a space to work. 2 other bedrooms downstairs offer "themed" chic styling patterned after the "A" and "M" of the University for a truly unique experience we think you'll love. 4th bedroom upstairs is also a playroom (equipped with XBOX ONE, XBOX Games, kid movies, game table w/ games) and has a full sized bed with pillow top, Full sized futon and 2 single roll away beds great for the kids. Hall bath has custom built in antique vanity and soaker tub/shower combo. The Kitchen is fully stocked for you and has brand new stainless appliances including a gas range, designer dishwasher, & bar with bar stools. Dining Room is a true work of art with soaring ceilings, solid wood designer table/chairs and lots of natural light. Separate Dining area in kitchen as well for additional seating. Head outside into your huge 1/4 acre back yard space with a 300 sqft covered patio, grill, outdoor 60" sunbright TV, and cooler. Let the kids play catch in the yard, while you grill and watch the big game outside. We are right across the street from a huge park and the new “ Big Shots Golf” entertainment venue (like Top Golf). Step into the garage where we have a full sized ping pong table, heavy duty foosball table, Cornhole, ring game, mounted dart board & outdoor fridge for extra drinks & food. Also have a table & chairs in the garage for extra dining entertainment space. House is on a large nearly 1/2 acre lot close to Kyle Field and campus (approx 1 mile away). Owners are responsive experienced rental property managers and are ready to assist with any questions or issues that may come up. Summary: We loved the games, garage activities, all the sleeping options, the outdoor space, and the location of the house.We also appreciated the cleanliness of the entire house, the tankless hot water heater and organization of all the sheets.Aside from one mattress that was very uncomfortable, the house was flawless!Staying in Texas with all the Texas decor filled our hearts and made us smile. Would recommend!

Summary: We had a birthday party for my 95 year old mother and lots of family stopped by and visited with Gram. The house couldn't have been better suited for the celebration. Ample space inside complemented by a huge back yard made moving around and visiting comfortable for everyone. Also, the shower in the Master BR was a huge hit!

Summary: Had a nice time visiting family. Thank you for the great stay. Initially, one of the beds was wet from a leaking vent. The owner responded quickly and was great with communication. Some of the neighbors were a little loud with partying.

Summary: We came to the area as a spur of the moment decision...we had plans to go elsewhere for Spring Break but wildfires and high winds forced us to change plans. We had a lot of fun! The house was perfect- extremely clean, super well equipped and a great location. We enjoyed the backyard, the games set up in the garage, and the boys enjoyed the video games upstairs Comfy beds with plenty of extra bedding and blankets, good water pressure in the showers. Some of the activities we did were go to an Aggie Baseball game, play Top Golf and putt putt (literally across the street), shop and eating in downtown Bryan, Lake Somerville State Park for fishing, hiking and a picnic,. All were fun and we enjoyed games and cooking at the house in the evenings! Would stay here again if in the area!

Summary: If you're ever in Aggieland and need a place to stay, this is THE spot. This property is amazing and so are the owners. They went above and beyond to make my family feel welcome and went out of their way to make sure our stay in their home was special. Don't pass on this property. There is a reason it's #1!

Summary: This house is gorgeous!! So many areas for everyone to hang out together or separate. Everything is very close and easy to get to. Highway behind the house is loud. Traffic is terrible but not the fault of the homeowner.

Summary: We had a great weekend in C-Stat. Came during an "off" week to see opening day of baseball and catch the men's basketball game against Arkansas. The house is just as described...lots of room for 4 adults. We liked the fact there were two king size beds, which is a bit hard to find. The location is just a couple of miles from Northgate and the campus, so easy to get to everything.
