This beautifully refurbished brick home is in the heart of the Sedgefield Country Club neighborhood, one mile from the Grandover Resort. Your family or group will enjoy this comfortably, well-appointed home that includes a spacious den, fully-equipped eat-in kitchen with French doors opening into the heated and cooled sunroom. There are 2 full bathrooms and three bedrooms on the main floor. Two of the bedrooms have Queen beds and the third has a pair of Twin beds, all with luxury sheets. A Twin daybed and Twin Trundle bed are located in the heated & cooled sunroom. The kitchen is equipped with all the dinnerware, gadgets and bakeware you will need during your stay or there are wonderful restaurants close by.
In the full basement you can work out in our mini-gym with a treadmill, recumbent bicycle and Total Gym or show the kids who is boss with a game of ping-pong. When you work up a sweat, have no fear, there is a third full bathroom in the basement, along with a full-size clothes washer and dryer.
So whether you are in town for a Greensboro Grasshoppers' game or Winston-Salem Dash game, tournament at the Greensboro Coliseum, Sportsplex, Aquatics Center, Sedgefield Country Club or Grandover Resort or you are here on business at the High Point Furniture Market or Fabric Market or meetings at the Koury Convention Center we are centrally located within a few miles.
For those staying on more of a personal nature, maybe it's a wedding at Grandover Resort or a tournament or graduation at one numerous local parks, colleges or universities, you will feel right at home!

Summary: This place is a wonderful home away from home. Our family in Florida came for Thanksgiving to be with family here for the week. This home has everything you need. It is beautiful and clean, sleeps 8 and has wonderful entertainment for the kids with a ping pong table and foosball. The host is so accommodating and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this home - we will be back!

Summary: We traveled to Greensboro for our daughter’s ninja competition at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex. This home had room for all of us and the basement is amazing! We were just 10 minutes from the coliseum, which was perfect. Nice quiet area with very little traffic. Great find! We would stay again!

Summary: This house was the perfect place for our family as we attended and celebrated our daughter’s graduation from HPU. The house was extremely clean, well laid out, all the amenities we needed and decorated in a warm and comfortable style. The neighborhood was especially quiet and relaxing, which is just the thing we needed after a busy day on campus. We especially appreciated the short 12 to 15 minute drive to HPU as well as having convenient stores like Publix, Sheetz, and several fast food restaurants within five minutes. The owner, Kristin, was very kind and responsive whenever I had a question. Wish I knew about this house sooner because I might’ve stayed here more often when we came to visit our daughter over the past four years. I highly recommend this house for it or next day to the High Point – Greensboro area!

Summary: The home was exactly what we were looking for. We were there for a graduation so all of us getting ready was a concern, but the extra bathroom in the basement was super helpful. The Decour had been updated since the online photo, which was also a great surprise. very pleased with the overall stay, communication, and the property manager

Summary: We had a last minute glitch with our hotel reservation for a soccer showcase. The bright side…was finding this gem! Kristen was absolutely amazing answering all of my questions pre-booking. The home was absolutely perfect for our needs! Spacious for our girls to spread out and relax after games. And the washer:dryer came in handy for getting rain soaked uniforms ready for wear again. I would highly recommend this home for families! We will definitely book again if our soccer travels bring us back to Greensboro.

Summary: This home was exactly what we needed and located so conveniently to all our family. It was very clean and was so much more than we imagined plus some special amenities. Summary: We truly loved staying at this home. Everything was easily accessible in the home and all linens were provided. The host even had a welcome basket with drinks and a snack. She also had placed sets of towels on the beds along with toiletries. It was close to Emerald Pointe water park and not too far from the asheboro zoo. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again if we were in the area. The host is easy to contact and Amazing to work with with. Can’t say enough wonderful things about this rental.
