This house is cute and cozy...very high end rugged/rustic furnishings. Nice leather sofa and comfy beds. fast wifi. Loaded Roku. Great access to Mopac of I35 and right near the downtown train! Love it!
You won't be able to beat this house both for price, comfort or extras. The parks in the neighborhood are some of Austin's best and there are hike and bike trails throughout the neighborhood. You are in a great spot to get to the Domain or the Round Rock Outlet malls. and Downtown is a straight shot by car or by Metro Rail.
The house is all yours while you are here...closets are empty, fridge is either empty or fair game, enjoy the pool table in the garage or hang out in the back yard and shoot some hoops.
You'll never see us. We will email or text you the address and your own 4 digit door code that unlocks the doors.
This neighborhood has the best parks and trails in Austin and its a great location for getting around Austin!
Super close to the Austin Metro Rail for getting downtown!
We do a good basic cleaning before each guest and occasional deep cleaning (under furniture, in cabinets, under rugs, on fans etc etc). If you would like to make sure the property has been deep cleaned before your trip please let us know at least a week ahead of time so we can arrange it. We would ask for an additional $79 cleaning fee for the white glove cleaning service. Regardless, we ask that you communicate with us immediately if there is anything unsatisfactory about the property when you arrive so we can have the cleaner come over as quickly as possible.
We do allow pets but please let us know at the time of booking whether your pet sheds, pees, or chews. We charge a $99 pet fee and may ask for a bigger deposit.

Summary: My husband and I stayed here for 4 months after we sold our house and before we moved overseas. Great location and close to a huge park with miles of trails! Owner was very responsive if we needed anything and we really enjoyed our stay.

Summary: We have enjoyed multiple vacation rental homes over the past 10 years but this home was our first disappointment. Upon arrival we notoced that one of the bathrooms was poorly cleaned, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and no dishwasher detergent to run it. We could locate only 4 towels and 3 wash cloths for 4 adults for the week. We did contact the owner about these issues and he quickly resolved the supply issues but told us that in Texas they use the same bath towel over and over. Really?!?! The advertised game room did not have the Foosball table pictured on the website and the pool table did not have all of the balls to play. Again, disappointing. On a positive note, the beds were extremely comfortable and the air conditioning kept us cool in the warm Texas temperatures. Unfortunately, we will look elsewhere for a home rental when we return to Texas.

Summary: We truly enjoyed our stay. It was an amazing house and Ms. Lisa took care of all of our wonderful accommodations. There was a slight hiccup before our arrival, but Ms. Lisa took care of it quickly to ensure our high quality stay. We most certainly will be contacting them again if we ever comeback through Austin.

Summary: It's official: this is our favorite place to stay in Austin! So well appointed, perfect with kids, plenty of space, lots of extra amenities (like Sonos wireless speakers and a pool table!), and a good location. With the major highways being just a few blocks away, it didn't take us long at all to go both north in to Round Rock and south to downtown. Highly recommended!

Summary: Very impressed with how well the house was kept! Very clean. Garage had darts and pool table, basketball hoop on the back porch with a grill. A little north but not to far from the Domain and right off mopac. Would definitely stay there again!!! 5 stars all the way around.

Summary: We were very impressed with the house top to bottom! We loved using the pool table, foosball table, and the grill and picnic table on the back patio. There was also a Sonos wireless speaker system in the house that was very easy to use. Location was no problem with easy access to Mopac so we didn't feel like we were stuck in traffic and at red lights the whole time.

Summary: This home is in a quiet neighborhood. A few blocks from an INCREDIBLE park with playground, sand volleyball, pool, fields, basketball and tennis! The house itself is so home-like and well updated! We had a few problems with different things at first but the owners fixed them right away once we told them. Great rental place for a quiet weekend hangout!
