3 Bedroom House in Wells Branch, Austin

Welcome to our awesome duplex in suburban Austin. Our three bedroom home comfortably sleeps 8 but we offer accommodations for 10 guests. Our open concept home ensures that no one will feel left out whether visiting on a family vacation of using our home as a remote office location. The primary bedroom has two full size XL beds and an ensuite bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms each have Queen size beds. Our Living Room has a 55 inch Smart TV and we also have high speed internet.
Guest will have access to the entire house with exception of a closet or space which is used to store extra house inventory.
We can be reached at any time via phone, text, or through the booking platform. We want you to have a great stay so if there is anything, we can do to help you accomplish that do not hesitate to ask. We will provide you will all our contact information prior to your arrival at our home. Thank you for allowing us to host your stay in Austin.
Our home is located in the Austin suburbs and we are located in a quiet neighborhood. Our neighborhood is close to a few parks (Mills Pond Recreation Area) and a stones throw away from everything North Austin has to offer.
Being that we are located in the suburban part of Austin a car is almost a must but Uber, Lyft or a taxi are all viable options.
We charge an additional guest fee of $20 a person per night after 4 guests. This fee is calculated on the booking app and usually is shown as additional guest fee on the breakdown.
NO UNAUTHORIZED GUEST ALLOWED. A $200 fee will be assessed for EACH unauthorized guest.
We do ask that you remove your shoes while inside our home. We won't judge if you choose to bring your bunny house slippers. Your secrets safe with us and we appreciate you treating our home the same as you do your own.
We have implemented these few rules in order to protect our home and business. We ask that you read them carefully and keep in mind that you if have no intention of breaking any of them they actually wonโ€™t apply to you.
No Shoes in the house.
No Pets under any circumstances. Reservation will be canceled immediately.
No smoking or vaping inside the house! Smoking outside in the backyard or front porch is acceptable.
Zero tolerance for drugs or illegal activities of any kind. Reservation will be canceled immediately!
Quite hours are 10 PM โ€“ 8 AM. Please do not disturb our neighbors!
ABSOLUTLEY NO parties allowed! Reservation will be canceled immediately.
We do not offer late checkouts.
No additional guests can stay at property other than the amount listed on the reservation. Please make sure your guests count is accurate.

Summary: Not a bad property. But on the second morning my kids woke up up with bug bites on them. When we checked the bedrooms we founds ants in all the beds. Property owner was nice and quick to respond. Only received partial refund.

Summary: The house was clean and modern. I loved the nature walks to Mills Pond and Katherine Fleisher trails just 7 minutes walking distance from it. The Domain is a short drive for nice restaurants and shopping

Summary: The duplex had all the necessities one would need. Great labels throughout the home to help you know what to do and where things were. The bed I slept in was super comfortable. It was very quiet and I slept well after a busy day with grandkids. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We needed a small place for justice five. It was very quaint and very clean. We were required to take shoes off at the door, which was interesting, because the floors were LVT, but to each their own. I mostly give it five stars, but they had blinds in the front bedroom windows that did not go down to the window sill and with so many solar lights around the perimeter, it was so bright that it was difficult to sleep!! I suggested blackout drape panels to them because it was if the sun was in our rooms at night!! Otherwise the property fit our needs well and was close to all attractions we wanted to attend
