Wears Valley Cabin, unit 74 Bearfootin, is the perfect cabin for the couple looking to get away for a stress free vacation. This beautiful one bedroom two bath cabin is tucked under the Foothills Parkway at the edge of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and features amazing views of the mountains. The cabin itself sits in Wears Valley; a beautiful community located 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge, and just down the road from Cades Cove and the National Park. Bearfootin is the perfect cabin for honeymoons and anniversary trips.
When you enter the cabin, you are greeted with tongue and grove pine from the floor to the ceiling, and the living room is fully furnished equipped with a flat screen TV, a love seat with two recliners, sitting chair, and a stack stone fireplace. The galley style kitchen comes fully furnished with a full-size refrigerator, electric stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen also has extra countertop appliances including toaster and k-cup coffee machine, and there is a dining table and chairs located between the kitchen and living room that can easily double as a game table. The master bedroom in this beautiful cabin includes a king size bed, a flat screen TV with Blu-Ray/DVD player, padded rocking chair, and a master bath equipped with a large whirlpool tub where you can sit and soak all your stress away.
When you are not relaxing inside the cabin, you can step outside and rock your worries away in one of the many rocking chairs or sit back in the hot tub and soak in the beautiful mountain views of Cove Mountain, Round Top Mountain, and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Summary: Great place. Super views. Very clean and nice. Peaceful. Location a plus. Might think about putting a ceiling fan on deck…gets a bit hot out there. Otherwise, all good and highly recommend!

Summary: Everything was super easy as far as renting and getting access to the cabin and checking out. Everything was ready and waiting for us. We loved that it was a 1 bedroom w8th two bathrooms so we had our own space. The hot tub was phenomenal and the view was amazing. There are two cabins that are close by but privacy was not an issue. I had a hard time leaving Bearfootin. It was so tranquil and peaceful. I was not ready to leave and come back to the "real world" of work.

Summary: Overall the cabin was nice, quiet, and private but we noticed some cleaning issues. The headboard behind the mattress had a noticeable amount of dust, outside the cabin was a lot of scrap pipe and conduit from recent work that wasn't cleaned up, and the jetted bath tub in the master bathroom smelled heavily of mildew and mold especially when we accidentally turned on the jets before there was enough water.After using the tub there was some flecks of black mold that had come loose from in the jet system which was very unsettling.

Summary: **That View is Amazing!** I don't think enough people rave over it. Waking up to this Fall's changing season and being able to view it from the back deck.. Muwah! Everything about the property was exactly what we were hoping for. There was enough space from other rentals and the hustle of the city which gives the feeling of seclusion without it taking forever to get to the attractions. It did not disappoint when it came to the "cabin" feel, but CLEAN. My only take away was at night the lights in the bedroom and kitchen would be filled with ladybugs! Not a big deal because I really felt lucky to find this gem of a place. Will definitely love to visit again.

Summary: This cabin was exactly as described. It was in a quiet neighborhood with an amazing view. It was a short drive to Townsend and to Pigeon Forge. It was very clean and had all the basics needed for a comfortable stay. The highlights were a new hot tub, a very comfortable mattress, a gas fireplace, a jacuzzi tub as well as a shower. Thank you to our host for such an enjoyable stay.
