Summary: Mary's House was perfect! We were traveling for a doctor's appointment for our son and we reserved Mary's House. The house was so welcoming and had a great feel. It literally felt like home!! There was everything you could possibly need and the neighborhood was wonderful! We had a few neighbors wave and tell us hello while we were loading and unloading the car. The beds were super comfortable and the house was clean. We hope to stay again when we travel back.

Summary: This is the second time we have spent over a week at Mary’s house and have had a wonderful stay. Lots of bedrooms, big backyard, fenced in porch, two living rooms and well appointed kitchen were all huge pluses for us! It is also very close to the booker creek trail which is nice to walk on. Mary is lovely and was very flexible and easy to get in touch with as needed. She has a pack and play and lots of toys for my kids. Will stay again!

Summary: Great family house with plenty of space to spread out. The owner was responsive and attentive to our needs. She even provided Halloween candy for us to give out.

Summary: Mary was very responsive and flexible in helping us book dates for an out of town job my company did in Chapel Hill. It's always nice to have a place that feels like home when you travel.

Summary: Mary’s place is wonderful. Very spacious and homey. The kitchen had everything you might need, including spices and olive oil. And there were plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets for the 10 of us. It is comfy, spacious and really close to UNC.

Summary: Great home to accommodate grandparents for UNC graduation. We LOVED the back porch, it's the perfect gathering space. Convenient to campus. If I could be so fortunate to have another UNC grad, I'd stay there again.

Summary: This was our second stay at Mary's wonderful house in Chapel Hill. The house was very clean, and it had everything our family of five (plus dog) needed for a week-long stay. Grocery stores (Wegman's, Whole Foods) are close, as are a wide variety of restaurants. Mary was very responsive to all communications. Highly recommended.

Summary: We appreciated being able to stay in Mary’s house for only one night as 5 bedrooms is a lot to flip for one night!! The house was very spacious, the living room was cozy and comfortable and perfect for our family to spend time together. The kitchen was well stocked. We had everything we needed! Thank you!
